Shannon + James | Shenandoah Campground, Verona Virginia Wedding Photographers

When Shannon and I started talking about ideas for her engagement session, she mentioned that she and James love to go camping every year in Verona and pick pumpkins and she thought it might be a fun idea for an engagement session. I was all “omg YES”. I LOVE when couples really think about their engagement session and find ways to tie it into things they love to do or places they love to go. It really does make a difference in the photos and means that you and your fiance will be having FUN at the session because you’re already in an environment you love!

Shannon and James met at Virginia Tech in the Forestry program, so I seriously cannot wait for their wedding next May, as I know they are bringing lots of DIY and fun elements into their wedding. This goes down as one of our favorite e-sessions to date…thank you Fall in the Virginia Mountains – A
