Happiest of happy Fridays!

As you know, we’ve been using PASS as our image delivery software for the 2013 wedding season and we are LOVING it. Never has it been more easy for us to get images to both our clients and vendors quickly, but most importantly with a professional, clean and beautiful look that everyone is LOVING!

Our only “gripe” with PASS is that we were still having to upload our photos to two different places as lots of our clients, their friends and their families were wanting to order professional prints and PASS did not yet offer this service.  We love when our clients take the time to get their images printed to display in their homes, and when we get to create heirloom albums and canvas wall art for our couples we are SO excited! Your photos were made to be held in your hands and put on your walls, not hidden away in a drawer or living inside your computer! So we had no problems uploading to a second place so that family and friends could get beautiful, professional grade prints made from their photos, vs. heading to WalMart and hoping for the best, but it did create a “bottleneck” of sorts in our business.

Last week, PASS announced that their new print feature was rolling out and ready to go LIVE. I’m not gonna lie I literally stalked my email waiting to get the email saying our account was active! We’re well into our heavy season and we have lots of clients and families that are ready to get some prints made from the gorgeous weddings we’ve had this year!

PASS has partnered up with an AMAZING professional lab and is offering professional prints at an incredible price. 4×6′s are $1.00, 5×7′s are $2.00, and 8×10′s are $4.00, with a flat rate shipping of $6.00 – these are the sizes that our clients friends and families most want to order of themselves or of family pictures, so we are so happy to be able to let our couples, their families and friends go through and print whatever they would like! They can order straight from the gallery and all payment and shipping is handled through PASS – LOVE IT!

Now of course, for albums, larger prints, and canvases, we want our couples to come back to us and let us order for them, making sure we can be a part of the process in helping them choose the best images as well as having quality control over the printing process to make sure they are getting the beautiful prints they deserve. But for the quick gift prints and fun shots from the reception, we are LOVING this new offering from PASS!

So, how does it work? Easy peasy! I’ve included some screenshots below with instructions on how folks can print images from their PASS galleries! To all of our clients with PASS galleries, this feature is now LIVE on your gallery, so feel free to share your links with family and friends so they can order prints! xoxo! – A

 

1 | Access the PASS gallery – in this case, we’re using Karen + Jeff’s gorgeous Key West Wedding as an example! http://jenandashley.pass.us/karenandjeff

2 | Click on an individual image. When you do this, you’ll see a menu appear on the right hand side of the screen. Select the bottom button (the one indicated by my sweet pink arrow below) to go into the print feature!

3 | Order Prints! Once you select the print button, it will ask you to either login or create an account. If you already have a PASS account, just login and then you’ll see this shopping cart pop up! If you haven’t created an account, you can do so via Facebook or using your email address! Once you are in the print cart, select the sizes and quantity you want for that image, then feel free to keep shopping or checkout! Click the view cart button to checkout!

4 | Checkout! Once you’re ready to checkout and have made all of your print selections, go into view cart and this screen will appear. You’ll need to click that top arrow button at the top of the screen (enter sweet pink arrow again!)

5 | Confirm your order! Make sure everything looks right in the menu, then select the “checkout now” button!

6 | Enter your info and wait for goodness to arrive at your doorstep! Fill in all your info, payment into, and shipping info and you’ll all set. HOORAY!
