Melissa + George | Georgetown, Washington DC Engagement Photographers

I met with Melissa and George on a dreary, rainy day in the Outer Banks while they were on vacation to talk to them about their wedding next September, and the moment we all sat down and started chatting, I was hoping upon hope that they would choose us as their wedding photographers. Lucky for us, they did, and it’s already been absolutely awesome getting to know them over the past few months. They are two of the sweetest, most thoughtful people on earth (they sent us giant bags of our favorite candy!!) and their absolute joy in being in each other’s company is contagious. Plus, they have a super sweet pooch named Maxx who is just so cuddly and adorable I want to steal him away and make him my own.

Jen and I drove up to Arlington for their engagement session this week, got to meet Maxx, and fell even more in love with these two! We can’t wait for their Delaware wedding next fall! – A

It was right about this time that it started raining…you can actually see the drops starting to fall! Melissa and George were totally troopers though and we kept right on shooting!

This next set is my favorite! This little bridge was perfect for photos!
