Laura + Phil | Downtown Norfolk Virginia Wedding Photographers

Laura was referred to us by the fabulous Shay with A Pinch of Charm and from our first meeting at her parent’s restaurant Firebrew (where I got to meet her amazing mom, dad and sister), I knew they would be an amazing Jen + Ashley couple! Jen and I met up with these two in downtown Norfolk for their engagement session and meeting Phil just further proved that our first instincts were correct. Laura and Phil are fun-loving, silly people who love for each other is so obvious in all the tiny ways they interact. Giggles and laughter, secret smiles and funny faces, they were an absolute blast to be around and we can’t wait till we get to see Laura as a BRIDE next April! – A

 

I LOVE the unique detailing on Laura’s ring. You hardly ever see the underside of the ring with such intricate work!

Laura is naturally beyond gorgeous, but Theresa Little Makeup Artistry brought out her inner beauty even more! We can’t stress the importance and difference a quality makeup artists makes for photos!

 

The following set was taken at “The Plot“, this amazing little space in Downtown Norfolk that was recently added. The “background” are actually tractor trailer bodies turned on their ends to mimic skyscrapers. When we walked over, Phil got really excited as his line of work deals with working with these types of containers!
