Just Awesome Monday | Kelly Moore Libby

Happy Monday! Jen and I are gearing up, packing our bags, Skyping each other outfit options and ideas and just generally being EXCITED because we leave for VEGAS and WPPI on Saturday morning! I am going to make a “WPPI Survival” post tomorrow with some of my tips and tricks I picked up after going last year! But today for Just Awesome Monday, I wanted to make a post on something that is not only going to be a huge help during WPPI, but also for me this wedding season!

I purchased the Kelly Moore B-hobo bag last summer and although I LOVED it, I was still taking 3 bags to weddings: my Shootsac, my laptop bag, and the Kelly Moore. Not a huge deal, but the more items I was taking around, the more chances for things to get misplaced, lost, left behind, etc. With this in mind I decided to sell my B-hobo and get The Libby bag! Why the Libby bag? It holds not only all of camera gear, plus pockets for batteries, chargers, my chapstick, gum, water bottles and million other small things that I bring along for the day, but it also holds my 17-inch MacBook Pro! Wahoo! This means I can use this as my main camera and laptop bag, then still have my Shootsac on me during the wedding day with my necessary lenses and extra batteries, memory cards etc. I have yet to bring it along to a wedding, but I’m already obsessed with it!

One word of warning if you are thinking about this bag, it is BIG. I personally love big purses and bags, so the size is actually a plus for me, but it is definitely far bigger in size than the b-hobo was and bigger than a normal purse. But, if you need something to carry it all, it’s a great option!  -A
