Just Awesome Monday | Birthday Months

Woohoo! It’s Monday! (Said no one ever.) In spite of it being Monday, we have an amazing lineup of posts coming this week! And we’re shooting three engagement sessions alone this week- ahhh! It’s definitely October!

Speaking of October, October is awesome for quite a few reasons, one of which being it’s Jeremy’s birthday month! I LOVE birthdays. I really believe everyone should be treated like total royalty for not only their birthDAY, but their birthMONTH. So for us, even though October is absolutely crazy (and marks ONE YEAR till the wedding), we’re taking time this month for lots of date nights and adventures, even if the “date” is being curled up in bed with a movie and our two silly dogs.

Jeremy, thanks for being my everything. The one that protects me yet lets me fly, the one who works tirelessly to build this amazing life we have, and the one who looks quite dashing in a pair of rust colored pants. I adore you. – A

On Jeremy’s birthday, we went to one of our favorite restaurants, Il Giardino in Virginia Beach, and we made it extra special by dressing up. Dinners always feel more fancy when you’re dressed up!
